# Tools

Small browser tools for amateur radio, no account needed. Your logs and files stay on your device: nothing you enter is uploaded. The SOTA Alerts Map is the one tool that needs an internet connection; it loads alerts and map tiles from third parties (SOTA and the map providers).

Two ways to use a tool without a connection:

- **Offline after first visit:** open the tool once with internet; after that it works without a connection. On a phone or tablet, add it to the home screen.
- **Single-file download:** save the tool as one HTML file (e.g. on a USB stick) and open it from there, without a server or network.

## ADIF Editor

Open, check and edit ADIF log files (`.adi`), validated against ADIF 3.1.8. German and English. Every build is tested against the official ADIF test QSOs and cross-checked with adifmt and adif-checker; the editor's "About ADIF compliance & validation" section links the test results of the copy you are using.

## Notfunk-Meldebuch

Draft · for exercises Offline after first visit Single-file download

Emergency traffic log for ÖVSV Notfunk: gapless message numbers, handover with who and when, an offline map of the messages, and PDF printouts: one page per message, the book for a time range and an empty form. The message format is provisional until the Notfunkreferat Wien confirms it.

## Callsign lists and Wavelog import

Netlog, Bestätigungsverkehr and Notfunk-Meldebuch share one callsign lookup: the Austrian list plus your own lists (Ham2K PoLo callsign notes or CSV). The [Wavelog import](<https://oe1ebg.at/tools/wavelog-import/index.html>) adds the QSOs of a Wavelog logbook as one more list. It needs an internet connection and your Wavelog address and API token; it only reads, and the token is not stored.
